1. Product Orientation

Aybroad is a manufacturing-oriented enterprise specializing in high-volume wholesale production. Our core products are pre-fabricated insoles designed for mass distribution. Please note that we focus exclusively on B2B bulk orders and do not currently offer individual custom-made retail services.

 

2. Inquiries & Quotations

We welcome inquiries from both new and long-standing partners. We support various international trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU. Upon receiving your inquiry, we will provide a formal quotation as soon as possible. To ensure accuracy, please provide detailed specifications such as:

  • Material requirements, estimated order volume (MOQ), sizing, colorways, and branding/transfer printing methods.

 

3. Design & Engineering Services

Equipped with a senior design team, Aybroad offers custom product development (OEM/ODM). We can transform your concepts and functional requirements into market-ready products. Design fees are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope of the partnership; please consult your Account Manager for details.

4. Quotation Validity

Our quotations are typically valid for 3 to 6 months to ensure price stability for our clients.

  • Expiration: If a quote has expired, please request a formal update. Otherwise, the previous terms remain in effect by default until a new quote is issued.

  • Force Majeure/Cost Fluctuations: Should significant shifts in exchange rates, raw material costs, or labor laws occur during the validity period, Aybroad reserves the right to renegotiate terms to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.

 

5. Sample Policy

We offer tailored sampling solutions to meet different client needs:

  • Prospective Clients: Small sample quantities are available for a nominal fee (depending on the product value). Shipping costs are to be covered by the client.

  • Established Partners: We provide complimentary samples in limited quantities, with Aybroad covering the shipping costs.

  • Patented Products: Samples of products protected by active patents are not available for general distribution.

  • Note: As we do not typically carry stock, samples often require custom material procurement and production runs. We appreciate your understanding of the costs involved.

 

6. Tooling & Mold Development

Aybroad actively supports new product development. For significant R&D costs (such as molds or high-value prototypes), we advocate for a cost-sharing model. Upon reaching mass production milestones, we offer tooling amortization plans (rebates) to offset initial development costs and protect your investment.

7. Payment Terms

  • New Clients: Initial orders typically require shorter payment cycles.

  • Long-term Partners: As our partnership and trust grow, we offer more flexible credit terms.

  • Currencies & Methods: We accept multiple currencies (calculated based on the daily RMB exchange rate). Accepted methods include T/T, Cash, PayPal, and L/C.

 

8. Lead Times & Delivery

Upon order confirmation, we will coordinate a realistic delivery schedule based on your requirements and our current production capacity.

  • Standard Lead Time: Generally 15 to 20 days for production.

  • Expedited Orders: We can adjust our production lines to accommodate urgent requests whenever feasible.

 

9. Quality Assurance & After-Sales Service

Quality is our signature. We implement rigorous inspection protocols during production, testing, and shipping.

  • Claims: If you receive defective items (due to production or transit), please contact us immediately with detailed documentation. We are committed to resolving issues promptly through negotiation to safeguard your interests.

 

10. Packaging Solutions

We offer versatile packaging tailored to your market:

  • Retail-Ready: For high-end retail, we provide premium packaging to enhance brand value. We can use your existing designs or provide custom design services.

  • Bulk/Industrial: For semi-finished goods or products heading for further processing, we suggest cost-effective bulk packaging that ensures safe transit.

  • Options: We support PP/PE bags, paper boxes, plastic boxes (PE/PP), blister packs, and more. Please specify labeling and palletization requirements (horizontal/vertical stacking, etc.).

11. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

Aybroad highly respects intellectual property. For client-owned designs, a Formal Letter of Authorization is required before mass production. We guarantee that your proprietary molds and designs will remain exclusive to your brand and will not be shared with third parties.
