Since establishing our roots in Dongguan in 2003, every step of AYBROAD’s journey has been defined by challenge, progress, and breakthrough. 2003–2005: Foundations Forged Through Craft & Technology
AYBROAD began its journey in Dongguan, one of China’s most dynamic manufacturing hubs. From the very beginning, we focused exclusively on foot health solutions, laying a solid technical foundation. Within our second year, we expanded horizontally into heat-molding production lines.
In 2005, guided by sharp market insight, AYBROAD became one of the early adopters in developing and commercializing GEL-based insole products, filling a critical technology gap in the comfort insole market at the time.
2006–2009: Management Innovation & Efficiency Breakthroughs
As our business expanded, AYBROAD relocated to the Caibai Industrial Zone, marking our transition into scaled manufacturing. The year 2008 became our internal “Year of Efficiency.”
We broke away from traditional factory models by decisively introducing JIT (Just-In-Time) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. This transformation eliminated resource waste and improved production responsiveness by over 30%. During this period, we also successfully mastered polyurethane (PU) production processes, officially opening the door to international markets.
2010–2012: Cross-Industry Excellence & Global Brand Recognition
AYBROAD’s R&D capabilities gained recognition from leading global brands. From top domestic sports brands to international safety footwear leaders, and even premium European ski equipment brands, we delivered custom-developed solutions to address foot support challenges under extreme cold and high-protection environments.
During this stage, AYBROAD evolved beyond manufacturing—we became a co-development partner and extended R&D center for our clients’ product innovation.
2013–2018: Digital Transformation & Global Connectivity
The official launch of AYBROAD on Alibaba International marked a new phase of global expansion. Backed by over two decades of technical expertise and a scientific management system, we completed our transformation from traditional manufacturing to precision-driven, intelligent production.
2019–2021: Deep R&D Focus & Breakthroughs in Material Science
AYBROAD moved beyond conventional material applications by establishing a dedicated laboratory, focusing on the integration of biomechanics and high-performance composite materials.
During this period, we successfully developed ultra-light nitrogen-infused foaming technology and high-rebound eco-friendly material series, elevating shock absorption performance to an entirely new level. We no longer delivered just “products,” but comprehensive foot health solutions, helping our customers gain competitive advantages in functional footwear markets.
2022–2023: Green Manufacturing & a Sustainable Future
In response to global carbon reduction initiatives, AYBROAD launched its Green Factory Program. We introduced recycled and bio-based materials at scale while optimizing energy consumption across production.
Through the advancement of international certifications such as GRS (Global Recycled Standard), we support our global partners in reducing carbon footprints—ensuring that every pair of insoles carries a responsibility toward the planet.
2024–2025: Smart Factory & Global Response Center
With the deepening of Industry 4.0, AYBROAD invested in multiple fully automated visual inspection production lines, achieving intelligent control from material formulation to final packaging. Product defect rates are now managed down to micron-level precision.
At the same time, we established a more agile global customer response center, enabling real-time technical support and order tracking—no matter the customer’s time zone.
Looking Ahead: Exploring the Future of Biomechanics
As we look to the future, AYBROAD will continue advancing 3D-printed customized solutions and smart sensor-based insole technologies. We remain humble, driven by a commitment to solving the industry’s most complex challenges, and dedicated to working alongside global partners to define the next standard of foot comfort.
