Phase 4: Mass Production & Quality Control (PRODUCTION)
Objective: To achieve high-efficiency manufacturing while maintaining zero-compromise quality oversight.
1. Pre-Production Meeting (PPM)
Prior to the launch of mass production, a cross-functional Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) is convened. Key stakeholders from Engineering, Production, and Quality Control align on manufacturing standards, identify Critical Control Points (CCPs), and establish proactive risk mitigation protocols to ensure a smooth production run.
2. Three-Tier Quality Control System
We execute a rigorous three-tiered Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure every unit meets the "Golden Sample" benchmark:
-
IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Stringent inspection of all raw materials and components upon arrival.
-
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Continuous on-site inspections and monitoring throughout the manufacturing stages.
-
FQC (Final Quality Control): Comprehensive end-of-line testing covering both aesthetic finish and functional performance.
3. Packaging Execution
Packaging is performed in strict accordance with client-approved specifications and sustainability requirements. We ensure that all products are securely packed for international transit while meeting global retail display standards.
