Aybroad utilizes leading Double Injection (Overmolding) technology, where the thermoplastic elastomer (TPR/GEL) is injected directly onto the pre-fabricated insole substrate within the mold. This molecular-level bond requires no chemical adhesives, fundamentally eliminating the risk of the GEL shifting or detaching during intense activity.

We maintain rigorous standards for formula stability. Aybroad’s GEL insoles remain soft and elastic even at -20°C, without hardening or cracking.
