Aybroad’s premium foams utilize Open-Cell Technology. Unlike standard closed-cell foams, this structure allows air to circulate freely within the material when compressed, effectively solving the heat dissipation issues common in high-density insoles. This superior breathability and moisture-wicking capability prevent sweat accumulation and inhibit bacterial growth.

 

For our Memory Foam (Slow Rebound Foam), we focus on rate-sensitive pressure relief. Aybroad’s memory foam reacts to the user's body heat and plantar pressure to create a "dynamic impression." This ensures the product remains intact and delamination-free even after repeated washing and long-term friction.

  • Density Customization & Additives: We offer a full spectrum of density options—from ultra-lightweight to high-support grades. Furthermore, we can integrate Silver Ion antimicrobial agents or Activated Carbon deodorizing factors directly into the foam matrix to enhance product functionality.
