  • Hot-Pressing: Primarily used for lightweight casual insoles, this process excels at creating complex surface textures and high-definition logo embossing.

  • Cold-Pressing: This is our "secret weapon" for orthotic series. By placing heat-softened EVA into a chilled mold for rapid setting, we maintain superior internal tension. This ensures that arch support remains precise and firm even after months of heavy use.

  • Precision Control: We maintain a Shore C hardness tolerance of within ±2 degrees, a high technical benchmark in B2B manufacturing that guarantees consistent quality across every batch.
