Gluing and adhesion process crafts are often used in forepart of production and back end as the insoles products demand, such like film gluing with fabric or leather, TPU shell, Poron mat at the heel and forefoot. They are also required on semi production for further process by customer’s needs.
We should be noted in these cases throughout the production:
Adhesion
---- Both customer and we cannot accept poor adhesion strength or unqualified effect, and the terminal could bear zero tolerance for the delamination in short period when using as that may lead discomfort even uselessness. We should consider the factors carefully, glue water, distribution, brush method, contact surface finish, etc.
Overflow
---- Glue water may become white and solid on the surface when it dries up, if the glue flows beyond the original area that may influence the appearance and customers purchase. In order to prevent the overflowed glue, we must be careful.
